At this time, Advance Athletics does not offer 1:1 sessions. We offer services to already established teams in Connecticut or groups of 12-24 who are not on a school team.

No, Advance Athletics does not offer group or individual tumbling lessons.
However, athletes are more than welcome to throw standing and running tumbling passes that can be done on dead mat without a spot.
Tumbling can be added into halftime choreography but Advance Athletics will not teach new skills.
